The minister of Higher education Jacque Fame Ndongo has just announced that the laptops promised to students by the head of state Paul Biya shall no more be offered this year 2016 as earlier announced but have been postponed to next year March 2017.
This announcement comes as a result of a forum he attended with university students in Douala on the 27 of October 2016. He did not give any reason for the postponement but said it has not been forgotten but in preparation.
This is therefore a call to all those who jubilated over the laptops and sent thank you messages to the president even without receiving them to keep on waiting.
You may have to wait for eternity for the laptops that may not even come at last.
